The Community Café

We are proud that our Community Café is an extremely popular venue for people of all ages and is known for being a social hub for both the local community and those visiting Newport.

Awarded another five-star hygiene rating in 2025, our Community Café serves freshly prepared food, at affordable prices, and caters for all tastes. 

Choose from our best-selling, all-day breakfast menu, or enjoy a light bite sandwich, baguette, jacket potato or burger. We also offer a varied selection of freshly prepared salads.

If you fancy a sweeter treat, we always have a varied and delicious selection of both homemade and store-bought cakes.

Why not come and try one with a hot or cold drink?

We also cater for corporate events hosted within the Pan Together Community rooms, and can supply individual buffets to order for meeting, training and other events.

Our Community Café is lovingly run by a combination of friendly and dedicated part-time staff, and amazing volunteers and is open on the following days:

Monday: 9.00am to 3.00pm,

Tuesday: 9.00am to 3.00pm,

Wednesday: Closed all day,

Thursday: 9.00am to 3.00pm,

Friday: 9.00am to 3.00pm (over-50’s lunch club from 12 noon on the last Friday of every month).
